7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a premier 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Products can be exchanged for any of our exquisite designs or sizes, subject to availability and the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible for Exchange
- Product is in original, unworn condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Product is returned within 7 days of delivery
- Exchange request is initiated via WhatsApp or email
Not Eligible
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Requests made after 7 days from delivery
